Markdown Converter Pro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides users with tools to convert files between various formats, including but not limited to Markdown, HTML, PDF, and DOCX. The Service includes file conversion, data processing, and storage of user-uploaded content as required to perform the requested conversions.
1. Registration Requirements: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Account Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

3. Expiration: Credits purchased do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we reserve the right to expire credits if an account has been inactive for a period of 12 months or more.
4. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for unused credit packages. If you have not used any credits from a purchased package, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Once any credits from a package have been used (even a single credit), the entire package is non-refundable. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for more details.
1. Our Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our name, logo, software, and content, are and will remain the exclusive property of Markdown Converter Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. Your Intellectual Property (User-Generated Content): You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or process using our Service ("User-Generated Content"). However, by using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User-Generated Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.
1. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
2. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us. Any remaining credits in your account upon termination will be forfeited.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Markdown Converter Pro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
