Refund Policy

1. Our guarantee

Every purchase on this site, credit packs and the Lifetime plan alike, can be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter whether you have already used some of the credits.

2. What happens when you are refunded

• The full purchase amount goes back to the payment method you paid with.
• The credits from that purchase are removed from your account. If you have already spent some of them, your balance is reduced by what is left and stops at zero. It never goes negative.
• If the refunded purchase is the Lifetime plan, unlimited access is switched off. Credits you bought separately stay in your account.
• The purchase shows as "refunded" on your Billing & Usage page.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@markdownconverter.pro from the address you registered with, or use the Contact page. Include the order number, which you can find on your Billing & Usage page or in your purchase confirmation email. We confirm every request within 2 business days.

4. When the money arrives

Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Alipay, WeChat Pay and PayPal are typically faster. If your bank or wallet converted the payment to another currency, the amount you get back may differ slightly because exchange rates change between purchase and refund.

5. After 30 days

Requests received more than 30 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. Credits never expire, so anything left in your account stays usable.

6. Failed conversions

A credit spent on a conversion that fails because of a technical error is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask for it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here and apply to purchases made after that date.
